Anastacio "John" Trelles

Anastacio "John" Trelles, of Bastrop, Texas and retiree of the city of Austin, joined his mother, Longina Contreras Trelles and his father, Jose Trelleson December 11, 2020.

Anastacio loved fishing, hunting, shooting his guns and playing with his grand kids. He was born April 27, 1938 in Fentress, Texas.

He is survived by his sisters, Mary Trelles of Austin, Texas;Mary Gonzalez of Lockhart, Texas; Mercedes Camacho Trelles of Lockhart, Texas; brother, Natividad Trelles of Lockhart, Texas; his spouse, Patty Norton Trelles of Palacios, Texas; his daughters, Lisa Trelles Vargas of Austin, Texas;Tina Norton Barnett of Houston, Texas; Linda Conner of New Mexico; sons, Johnny Trelles of Austin, Texas; Paul Trelles of Austin, Texas; Ricky Norton of Salt Lake City, Utah; Anastacio Contreras Trelles, Jr. of Bastrop, Texas; Jose Trelles of Bastrop, Texas; 3 sons-in-law, Keith Barnett, Bobby Arista, John Vargas; daughter-in-law, Rebekah Trelles; 14 grandkids and several extended family.

There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends from 11:00am to 1:00pm and a celebration of Anastacio's life will begin at 1:00pm on Monday, December 21, 2020 at Marrs Jones Newby Funeral Home. The funeral home is located at 505 Old Austin Highway in Bastrop, Texas.
