Colton Kimball, beloved son, brother, and friend, tragically passed away at the age of 23 on Thursday, December 1st, 2022. Colton was born on January 18, 1999, in Austin, TX. Colton was the life of any gathering, always good for a belly laugh. He was born with a love of ranching, and with the cowboy life in his blood. You could usually find him with music blasting, singing along without the slightest care who could hear. He had a huge heart, especially for his many little brothers and sisters.
Colton is joined in death by his father, Michael Aaron Kimball. He is survived by his mother, Stormy Fluitt and stepfather Trevan Fluitt, of Dripping Springs, TX; Stepmother Kayla Kimball of Smithville, TX; Grandparents Bubba and Diana Taylor of Cedar Creek, TX; Grandparents Mike Kimball of Waco, TX and Belinda Kimball of Smithville, TX; Aunt Kelley (Carlos) De La Rosa of San Angelo, TX; Uncle Justin (Melanie) Kimball of Smithville, TX. Siblings Victoria (Mark) Behrens, Taylor (Clayton) Schmidt, Marina Fluitt, Connor Fluitt, Kace Kimball, Danika Kimball, Ella Kimball, Rainie Kimball, Asher Kimball; a niece/nephew, and numerous cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10am on Friday, December 9th, 2022, at Marrs-Jones-Newby Funeral Home in Bastrop, TX, followed by a burial at Rosanky Cemetery. On behalf of Colton’s entire family, we are eternally grateful for the love, support and prayers that have been covering us in this time of grief.
The funeral home is located at 505 Old Austin Highway in Bastrop, Texas.
