Joyce Marilyn Lauze

On August 7, 2023 Joyce Marilyn Lees Lauze’ passed away peacefully at the age of 83.  Born in New Bedford, Massachusetts, Joyce loved dance and music.  Soon her greatest love became God and family.

Joyce was a devoted wife to Joseph D. Lauze’ (pre-deceased), loving and dedicated mom to her two daughters Deborah and Denise, as well as adoring grandmother to 8 grand-children, 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

After her long tenure with the LCRA as an accountant, she retired to work a home healthcare position taking care of elderly patients at their homes.  She was also an honored member of the America Legion.

Joyce had many friends and was a cherished member of her communities in both Massachusetts and Del Valle, Texas.

Joyce meant so much to the people who loved her, and she will be greatly missed.  She will remain a star in our eyes, and a faithful servant to The Lord.
