Judy Anne Parker, 72, of Bastrop, Texas, amazing wife, sister, mother, nana and friend to many, died early Thursday, March 13, 2025, at home surrounded by loved ones of natural causes.
Ms. Judy aka “Nana” is survived by her loving husband, Marshall for 54 years. They have three children and a son-in-law, Stephanie and Brad Byrd, Terry and Lisa Parker. We were all blessed with 8 grandchildren Zack and Kaitlyn Parker: Megan and Lauren Jefferies, Cortni and Lindsay Parker, Chris Cardenas and Steven Byrd and already 4 great-grandchildren Aya, Eliah, Lyla and Taaliah. She is also survived by a sister, Vicky Behrend and 3 brothers, Gary Dyal, Sean and Todd Kelly and stepmother, Jane Dyal. She has many other cousins, nieces and nephews, too many to list, but always in mom’s thoughts.
As in any small town, most of the town knew Ms. Judy either from Magic Mill Restaurant, Little Longs and C&G grocery stores. You could often find her at Walmart “shopping” (mainly visiting with all who would stop and say hi) or Lowe’s looking at their beautiful flowers.
