Lily Coy

Lily Merino Coy of Bastrop, TX passed away peacefully at home on Monday, August 30th, 2021. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and caregiver.

Lily was preceded in death by her husband, Willie G. Coy; sisters, Angelina “China” Pacheco (surviving husband-Domingo), Pelegrina “Peggy” (husband-Jesse), Raquel Flores; brothers, Raul Merino, Pedro Merino, Gilbert Merino, Robert Merino, and Eufronio Jr. (Sony), Merino(surviving wife-Lupe).

Lily is survived by her 10 children: Yolanda M. Coy, Albert M. Coy, Sylvia Coy Sarnoski, Wilma Robbins and her husband Robert, Hector Coy and his wife Maria, Willie Coy, Jr. and his wife Kristal, Gabriel M. Coy and his wife Sabrina, Melissa A. Coy, Linda M. Coy and Eloisa M. Coy. Also left to cherish her memory are her 26 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren and her surviving sisters, Alejandrina “Allie” Sanchez (surviving husband- Celso), Maria Elena “Mary” Schumann, Consuelo Flores, Herlinda “Linda” Foster (surviving husband-Thomas)
