Roger Eskew

Roger Lynn Eskew Sr. ,73, of Rosanky Tx, passed away in the early morning hours of July 8th 2022 in San Marcos Tx.  Roger was born in Austin Tx, on January 17th 1949, the son of the late J.W. Eskew and Lois Lillian Eskew.

Roger greatly enjoyed raising cattle on his ranch in Rosanky.  Traveling to the western states and exploring the trails in Moab Utah.  In his younger years he loved to go coon hunting with his friends and family and embark in great conversations with his close circle of friends.

Roger is survived only by his 3 children Sheriah Eskew of Rosanky Tx, Roger Lynn Eskew Jr.(Luz Eskew)of Smithville Tx , and Cassie June Grady(James Grady) of New Braunfels Tx.

11 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Monday, July 11, 2022 at Marrs Jones Newby Funeral Home.  The funeral home is located at 505 Old Austin Highway in Bastrop, Texas.

Funeral services will be at 10:30am on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at Marrs Jones Newby Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Rosanky Cemetery.
